Publication at Faculty of Science |
2015

Abstract

This article explores a contemporary issue: use of tablets in geography classrooms. The first section discusses the broader context of the issue, both pedagogical (the transition from e-learning to m-learning to u-learning) as well as institutional (government support for the implementation of modern technologies in instruction).

The second section focuses more on application, presenting criteria for selecting appropriate applications for instruction. The conclusion describes a number of use cases from geography instruction.
