The Brno School of Jurisprudence is represented as significant contribution of Czech legal theory to studies of fundamental matters of law between World Wars I and II. The Brno School of Jurisprudence became a part of history of law but will undoubtedly be a subject of many legal history studies in future.
This is the reason, why it is needful to very precisely chart all authors of legal and economic works which belong to this school and which of the works can be included in output of the school.
