Some comments to the article 'Criminal liability of juridical persons from the new Civil Code's point of view

Abstract

In response to some articles presented in journals the authors make a juridical analysis of different approaches to the matter of the criminal reponsibility of the juridical persons and present their point of view to this question and to the different attitudes.
