Abstract

20 problematic exercises from functional gymnastics - stretching, strengthening and mobilization exercises - and their proper execution based on current functional anatomy and physiology opinions. In the first part we concentrate on: (1) strengthening, stretching and increasing the flexibility of the lower extremities, (2) strengthening muscles of the core, (3) mobilizing the spine.
