Abstract
The authors present a case report of a 50-year-old man, who was treated for pulmonary mycobacteriosis for many years. He was admitted to hospital for hemoptysis, diagnosed aspergilloma in a postspecific cavity after tuberculosis.
Surgical treatment was indicated.
