Abstract
The authors present a case report of a 14-year-old girl hit on the crosswalk by car, which ran over her chest. She was unconsciousness for a while, then she was suffering from shortness of breath.
She was intubated and admitted to hospital. After stabilization of vital signs the patient was treated conservatively.
The course was due to the severe injury complicated, but with very good results after complex therapy.
