Abstract
The Principles of the European Insurance Law were prepared as the Model Instrument of the European Insurance Contract Law. The second edition of the book contains principles on specific branches of insurance.
In the second edition of the Principles of the European Insurance Law were in comparison with the first edition added three parts (life insurance, liability insurance and group insurance). The book contains analysis and comparison of the regulation of Insurance Contract Law (incl. relevant regulation in the Czech Law).
