CLIMATE THROUGH THE EYES OF PUPILS, TEACHERS AND PARENTS

Abstract

The classroom environment is a very important phenomenon from the education aspect and from the educational function of the school as well. For a good function of the school those two aspects are necessary.

But the question is:"" What is the classroom environment, who makes it, who is involve, who influences the environment"" ? And how classroom environment see the students, teachers and parents? Are their points of the view the same or are there any differences and where? Theories about this problem are quite general, those theories does not work with the possibility that the atmosphere directly interact mentioned groups, perhaps directly determined. The question which should be answered in this research is following: How classroom climate feels/see the pupils, teachers and parents.

I use qualitative method, ethnography approach, in my research. It's based on long-term stay at schools.

There are case studies of two different classrooms in the research. For data collection will be used combination of various methods, such as observation, documentation and semi-structured interviews.

I'll established my theory on how a climate in a class shapes and what influences it based on comparison of the two classes.
