Pilgrims and their Money on their Travels to Rome: Reflections on the edition Il Libro del pellegrino (Siena, 1382-1446)

Abstrakt

The article has been written with two aims. The first is to compare the deposits of Central European pilgrims registered in the Siena pilgrimage book from 1382-1446 with the amounts intended for the pigrimage to Rome, which have been entered into the Memorial Bokks of the town of Olomouc in 1430-1492.

The second aim is a prosopographical research of Rome pilgrims from the Lands of the Bohemian Crown.
