System of the first Czechoslovak republic as a inspiration for constitution building?

Abstract

The subject of this research is the image of the first Czechoslovak Republic system in the time of preparation of he Czech constitution in the second half of 1992. The paper focus particularly on the role of the First Republic as an inspiration for the creation of a new political system of the Czech Republic.
