Abstract
Comprehensive treatment on conflict rules and international civil procedure rules in the Czech Republic. In preparing of this new, fundamentally revised edition of a widely respected publication participated a new team of authors, which had to challenge the task of incorporating into it the substantial changes and recodification, which occurred in the Czech and international law.
