Abstract

Author focused his study on interesting issue, in which he analyzed the reception standards of state and ecclesiastical law based on the Act. 11/1918 Sb. Z. a n. called Reception Act.

For this area of legislation was characteristic the considerable hypertrophy of norms that were from different periods (this applies especially to the adopted Hungarian law), which caused many problems in legal practice. Author under- lined that the crucial factor was also contradiction of the adopted norms with the Constitution of Czechoslovakia.
