Nationalisms Old and New : the end of an epoch, the new beginning, or the metamorphosis?

Abstract

The article deals with the debate on whether we can talk about the end of the age of nationalism in the contemporary world and introduces arguments for both positive and negative answer. With reference to recent Nationalism Studies, the article argues for a more nuanced view of contemporary nationalism in its manifold versions and manifestations.
