Abstract
An extensive contribution to the history of the Jesuit overseas missions in Brazil, Spanish America, the Philippines and Mariana Islands in the 17th and 18th century, about their protagonists from the Bohemian Province of the Society of Jesus, their activities and specific interests. The article is accompanying an edition of letters and relations sended to the Czech lands.
The edition is provided with notes, bibliography and index.
