Abstract
The aim of this workshop was to open scientific debate on the importance of compliance programs in the Czech Republic. The workshop focused on a lot of very interesting and current topics - corporate governance, corporate criminal liability, unequal treatment, whistleblowing and other issues of labor law, competition law, public procurement, money laundering or responsible approach to the environment environment.
