The executive remuneration is very interesting and topical issue within the frame of the corporate governance. The aim of this lecture was to present the current issues of the executive remuneration in limited liability companies.
Firstly, the lecture summarized the key characteristics of remuneration policy in the Czech Republic and the South Korea. The core part of the lecture focused on the new European Union proposal on say-on-pay rule.
It described the subject-matter of this rule, looked on its formulation in the EU proposal and particular foreign regulations and polemized on the effects of this rule.
