This article addresses the personality questionnaire Golden Profiler of Personality (GPOP) in the context of current psychodiagnostic practice. The questionnaire is presented from the research perspective and possibilities of its applications are discussed.
This article presents study that examines relationship between the scores of Golden Profiler of Personality and NEO inventory NEO-PI-R to determine the construct validity of GPOP. Results confirm the expected relationship that can be considered as evidence of construct validity.
Attention was also given to actual psychodiagnostic experience of this method in the setting of psychological counselling, career counselling and personal development and career planning. The contribution of GPOP is in its applicability in assessment and development centres, individual and team couching, preparation of competency model, assessment of employees, and development plans in personnel practice.
