Abstract
The study analyses the last two years of Otto von Bismarck-Schönhasen's political activity in the highest German and Prussian offices. It focuses on the causes of the disagreement between the chancellor and the last German emperor and the last Prussian king Wilhelm II. about the stands on this personal crisis of the highest court, military and political circles.
