Abstract
In this paper we deal with considerations about the system of Financial Law and Financial Science in the Czech Republic, particularly at the School of Law of the Charles University in Prague. The objective is to evaluate and propose changes to this system for the future.
The hypothesis that we want to prove or disprove is the assertion that the system of Financial Law and Financial Science evolves dynamically as well as Financial Law and Financial Science due to the development of society and economy.
