Abstrakt
This article deals with several problematic issues of the definition of aggression encompassed in resolution RC/Res. 6. The above-mentioned resolution is a result of the Kampala review conference where the Rome Statute State Parties and other delegations added the crime of aggression within the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court.
