Abstrakt
In the Czech Republic the budget law is considered as the integral part of the financial law. But in some other states the legal regulation of budgetary relations is sorted as the component part of different legal branches than the financial law.
The main reason for this different approach consists in the fact that the legal regulation connected by or linked to budgetary relations is projected into legal institutes that belong to other branches of law than the financial one. This article focuses on selected issues related to questions of the place of the budget law in the system of law.
