Abstract
Legal framework of palliative care does not always offer a clear solution for difficult situation in practice, which the healthcare workers in practice often face whilst dealing with terminally ill patients. The text shall serve as a brief introduction with legal regulation of palliative care with focus on legal fundaments of the relationship between healthcare workers and the patient.
