Abstract

This article deals with the definition of the Austrian Administrative Court, especially considering the fact that the history of the judiciary in Czechoslovakia during the First Republic was based on the Austrian law of administrative justice. The article describes how substantive jurisdiction of this court, composition and other matters of an organizational nature, as well as all the legal institutions that the law establishing Administrative Court setting out how the complainant, administrative office and the court itself and the judges, that all stages of judicial proceedings.
