Abstrakt
The lecture addressed the problem of binding force of the guidelines issued by the professional bodies active in medicine and pharmacy. The results of breaching of the guidelines were discussed in the lecture.
The lecture also addressed the binding force of the the guidelines when providing crossborder medical care by the medical workes from the Czech Republic in Germany. The lecture has also pointed to the new treaty on providing crossbroder medical care concluded between the Czech Republic and Germany and the binding force of the guidelines.
