Abstract
At the end of the last year was approved the plan of legislative work for this year, where we can find the task to prepare and refer the amendment of the Insolvency Act to the government. For sure, this is the issue of law that will be often discussed in this year.
Before the start of preparing this new law is necessary to evaluate the sufficiency of any precautionary measures (for example an institute of the forced administrator of the village). The aim of this article is especially focus on the development of opinions in this area, summarize the current state of preparation of the new legislation and recommend the most appropriate solution.
