Abstrakt
In the paper, a framework of four scales (from millimetre to kilometre) is employed to present and evaluate the significance of one of nine painted shelters documented in Lower Nubia in the framework of the UNESCO-organised salvage campaign by the expedition of the Czechoslovak Institute of Egyptology (Charles University in Prague).
