Can the Executive be Appointed to the Position by Someone Else than the General Meeting?

Abstract

The author will solve question if the members of company can stipulate by way of exclusion from a legal rule that the Executive is appointed to the position by the General Meeting and they can agree in the Article of Association that the Executive is appointed to the position in the other way (for example by the Supervisory Board).
