Abstrakt
The chapter focuses on some legal institutes of Magdeburg-Leitmeritz law, a kind of municipal law in Medieval and Early Modern Bohemian kongdom and it is also contemplating on the reasons, why these institutes were not included in the codification of municipal law from Pavel Kristian z Koldina of the 1579th.
