Abstract
Article is concerned with disputes over right to free access to information as over public personal substantive right under Article 17 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms. Author of the article distinguishes three fields of disputes over right to free access to information: protection of personal data of judicial employees, issues of provision of informations about criminal proceedings, and provision of court decisions to public.
