Abstract

The administrative enforcement of collective consumer rights will be examined: first the Hungarian administration and this will be compared with the Czech Republic's administrative model. The aim of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of administrative enforceability of consumer rights: how transparent is the division of powers, what happens at competence-lacks, how quickly ends a consumers procedure and how efficient is the current administrative sanctioning of violations of consumer rights?
