Abstrakt
The volume deals with the numerous graffiti (dating to the New Kingdom) that have been left by the visitors on the buildings in the royal necropoleis at Saqqara, Dahshur, Abusir, Meidum and Giza. The graffiti are published in detail and their importance for the study of Egypútian history is evaluated.
The second edition has been largely revised and enlarged.
