Recources and principles of the criminal evidence in the project of the new Rules of Criminal Procedure

Abstract

Evidence procedure represents one of the key phases of the criminal proceedings that intersects through all of their stages. Its aim is to find the facts about the case beyond the reasonable doubt within the scope necessary for the judgement.

The chapter provides information about contemporary concept of the criminal evidence and to implement its potential changes so that it corresponds with the needs of the modern criminal proceedings and their purpose.
