Abstract
Material presents proposals of different models of financing of teacher assistantsat schools and educational facilities in the Czech Republic. It analyses advantages and disadvantages of each model and presents recommendations for implementation in relation to introduction of new legislation regarding education of children with special educational needs that comes to force in September 2016.
