Abstract
The Czech word "svět" (world) originally meant "světlo" (light) and "svit" (lighting) akin to the verb "svítit" (to emit light). The word "světasvit" (world-lighting) thus pronounces world in its beginning meaning once again.
It pronounces the world we live and die in, the world concealed and hidden by the concepts of universe and cosmos. World-lighting is something different from universe, i.e. from world thought and pronounced as whole, and it is something different from cosmos, i.e. from world thought and pronounced as order.
The study attempts to present the experience that thinking must undergo to open up this beginning world again.
