Comparison of Law no. 40/1964 Coll., Civil Code, at the time of its adoption, and as before its removal

Abstract

The lecture was devoted to a comparison of selected legal institutes in the text of the Civil Code of 1964, including the reasons and the manner of their adoption and of the same institutes in the text before the end date of this Code. It shows that the wording of the Code wasduring its validity significantly transformed.

The lecture will be published as a chapter in the collective monograph.
