In March, 2015 in Israel International Conference "Canaan dogs", under which was carried out very successful expedition to the area around the town of Dimona. There were observed in more than 40 wild or half-wild (the Bedouins) live Canaanite dogs of both sexes.
He even managed to find about 6 weeks puppies and observe their parents taking care of them. the paper captured valuable insights from observing Dalits and opportunistic groups and the process of choosing a puppy to a breeding facility. it is a unique testimony that kanaánští dogs still live in the countryside. it is a breed that deserve attention and protection. As such, it is a good model species for environmental education.
