Harmonisation of the Czech Consumer Right in the New Civil Code

Abstract

The contribution deals with the New Czech Civil Code which codifies also part of consumer protection law. It criticizes both the implementation of European Union Law and system of the Czech civil code.

The implementation is incorrect and systemic concept is not transparent enough.
