Czech consumer protection law - the current situation and new developments in the light of Directive 83/2011 / EU and the new Czech Civil Code

Abstract

This contribution describes critically the implementation of the Directive 83/2011/EU within the New Czech Civil Code. It focuses mainly the liability of the buyer for defective performance.
