Hungarian Fiduciary Asset Management Contracts in the Context of Czech Law

Abstract

The contribution critically evaluates Czech law on trust in the New Czech Civil Code. It focuses on duty of care of the trustee and the rights and remedies of beneficiaries against him in case of violation of his duties.
