New Procedural Notices of the Czech Office for the Protection of Competition: Leniency, Settlement, and Alternative Problem Resolution

Abstract

Czech competition office passed new procedural notices on leniency, settlement and alternative problem resolution. The article discusses the notices in comparison with the European practice and criticized many ""American"" elements in it.
