Directive on damages of cartel losses and its transposition into the Czech legal order

Abstract

The directive on damages stemming from cartel losses had been expected for long time. Eventually the directive was passed and became a target of criticism.

Czech legislator had transposed the directive into the Czech legal order without any broader discussion. Problematic are the institute of passing on.

This is a subject of the article.
