Abstract
This is a commentary to the original paper in important scientific journal. Three extracorporeal strategies are evaluated: heparin-free dialysis with saline flushes, predilution mode of on-line haemodiafiltration and haemodialysis with specific heparin-coated membráně.
This heparin-coated membrane was not inferior. Thus, novel approach how to dialyse patients with high bleeding risk, was established
