Abstract
The aim of this paper is compasiron of level the certain most and few of favoured values in sample volunteer men and women and comparison their structure in light of gender aspect. The papar is theoretically found on S.
H. Schwarz values system and utilizes (Portrait Value Questionnaire PVQ like empirical diagnostic instrument.
The research data indicate, that fundamental personality values profil is in sample volunteer men and in sample volunteer women more similar than different. The most favoured values types of volunteer men and women are selfdirection, benevolence and universalisms.
