Teaching physical education should reflect changes in education and changes in the concept of physical education as a part of health education in the broad sense, it means physical, mental and social health. In addition to provable positive benefits of physical activity on health, it is generally considered difficult to demonstrate the influence of physical education on different ways of life.
Results of studies indicate failure of education in physical education in practical and information process. Perceived physical competence, fun, the activity and monitoring individual progress are considered as positive correlates of the influence of physical education on lifestyle. (Dobrý, 2007).
Psychomotric activities can help the modern concept of physical education if in teacher education are in addition to practical activities also included theoretical and didactic knowledge that increase the possibility of rational and intentional use of these activities. M
