Developmental bibliotherapy with preschool and school aged children

Abstract

This paper focuses on the use of developmental bibliotherapy with preschool and school aged children. It describes process of bibliotherapy included criteria of selection reading materials for bibliotherapy.

This article also deals with preparing of bibliotherapy lesson plan focused on the use of reading book, with included important elements: Guided Reading, Post-reading discussion and Follow-up Problem-solving/reinforcement activity. I SOLVE interpersonal problem-solving strategy to develop additional alternatives is also discussed.
