Abstract
The paper deals with Anna Marie Treitlarová of Krošvice, an educated member of the Unity of Brethren, who emigrated in Saxony. Her story shows not only the situation of women in the environment of the Unity of Brethren, but also the necessary choices awaiting women when the co called recatholization began.
