Abstract
For adequate development, fulfillment processes of socialization and individuation children and teens need adults who they show understanding, love, accept them as they are adults who have them submitted boundaries and rules, respect their age characteristics and the environment in which the interaction of different species and forms occurs. Among these adults may be parents or extended family members, teachers, coaches, leading interest groups - those who are reflected as "important adults".
