Abstract
It is a difficult genre to classify because it oscillates somewhere between a reportage and a sermon. The author's attempt is to connect the world of the baroque preaching and the issue of abandoned landscape in the Czech border region after the expulsion of the German population.
Both remote worlds combine fundamental ethical questions, particularly the issue of sin and its consequences.
