Probable reasons of increase HIV infection cases within gay (MSM) community

Abstract

Review is concerned why increase of antiretroviral uptake among people living with HIV is not followed by the decrease of new HIV cases. The probable explanation is the majority of new infections is transmitted from the minority of people who do not about their recent HIV infection (and some of them may be in stadium of high infectiousness).
