Abstract
Translation (title: Movement skills in the training. Speed) professional books of the French author Dufoura draws attention to the issue of the development of speed in sport.
In particular, draws attention to the differences of approach to the development of speed in athletics and in sports games. In the text the author relies on a greater amount of scientific studies addressing this issue.
